About Welcome to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif?v=92.2){kind=small} larcontest!! This is a weekly icontest with the specific theme of the JRock group L'Arc~en~Ciel. They're only the best JRock band EVER. (in our opinion, anyways -- if you don't like 'em, you're screwed in the head!! And you should leave this page immediately to get an MRI. :P ) LE RULES: [x] Icons must be related to L'Arc~en~Ciel. They can have the whole band, or separate members, including sakura! [x] Icons must be Livejournal's requirements (<100 x 100 pixels, <40 KB) [x] Icons must be on a reliable image server, such as Photobucket or Imageshack. Imageshack is strongly recommended. [x] Icons must be made by YOU. (well that's kind of a given. XD) [x] You must be a member to enter and vote. (another given. :P) [x] ONE icon per person unless otherwise stated. [x] Don't vote for yourself. We'll know. (Not to mention, that's just not cool). [x] Do not advertise your icon to get votes or display it anywhere during/before the contest. (Not cool). [x] NO ANIMATION, unless it's specified for a theme. [x] Cheaters will not be tolerated. (Fair is fair, after all). [x] Have fun. (duh XD).
